QC/Technical Support :

The QC department will develop the gauges to check the quality according to technics requirement. Like foto, our QC worker is checking the aluminum anodizing thickness by machines randomly.

Procedure/Testing Details:

From the material imcoming to products delivery, we have QC to check and control the quality evey steps. All those unqualifed products will no flow into our delivery. And we always insist in FIFO to control each batch production. The quality reports are required.

Briefly describe the QC department:

Our Quality Control department is comprised of technicians and QC inspectors, all of whom are experienced. Everyone, from the supervisors down to the workers, knows the importance and implications of having an excellent QC program. All of our products are assured to be of good quality. Unqualified products, on the other hand, will fall into disuse. In all procedures, we adhere to three basic principles:

• Quality must meet international standards
• Operations must be accurate and precise
• Product deliveries must be on schedule
